The Art of Chi method is an energetic body art focused on inner well-being, health, and being present in life. It includes meditation, floor work to develop a refined awareness of the body and its release, and Qi Gong and Tai Chi Chuan exercises. I will be offering various sessions so you can use this period of confinement as an opportunity for self-discovery and practice. Enjoy your practice!
