While Waiting for Cargo, We Worked All Day Restoring Our New Cargo Ship

Hello, dear friends ❤️ While waiting for my next cargo, my husband and I spent the entire day working inside the cargo hold of our new ship. Together, we removed rust, cleaned the steel surfaces, and repainted the damaged areas to protect the cargo hold before the next voyage. It was hard work, and by the end of the day we were both exhausted, but we knew every hour of effort would help keep our ship in good condition for many years to come ♥️ The day began with a beautiful sunrise over the Mekong Delta, captured by my drone. Watching the first light of the morning reminded me why I love this life on the rivers so much. Hour by hour, we continued working until nearly 9:45 PM. When the day was finally over, I hung up my mosquito net and looked forward to a good night's rest after a long day of labor. The owner of the cargo has told me that within the next few days there should be enough mangrove wood ready for loading. I am truly looking forward to the first full cargo of this new ship, and I can't wait to begin another long voyage. I have now been waiting here in Ca Mau for almost a week, but I know that good things are worth waiting for ❤️ Thank you, dear friends, for always supporting me and traveling alongside me through these simple moments of life on a cargo ship in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. Your kindness, encouragement, and friendship make every journey more meaningful than I can ever express. Wishing all of you peace, happiness, good health, and safe journeys wherever you are in the world. With love from Vietnam, Diễm An ❤️
