lemon pizza pizza dough (my very easy recipe requires no kneading ) 220gm bread flour extra of sprinkling 1/2 teasp salt 7gm instant yeast pkt 180 gm warm water 1 tablsp olive oil mixed herbs ingredients for topping mozzarella 150gm mixed herbs teaspoon for the topping 1 lemon olive oil brine 2 tblsp olive oil 1tblsp water 1 teasp dried parsley 1/2teasp dried garlic powder 1 top lemon juice 1 top lemon rind shake together in a small jar to combine pizza dough mix flour yeast and salt together add water oil and stir well to combine all the ingredients dough will be sticky and lumpy cover with cling film and rest for one hour heat oven to 230 c scrape all the dough out unto greaseproof paper shape out make dents all over cover with cling film for 10 mins add brine add topping and mixed herbs drizzle with oilve oil bake for 15 to 20 mins until golden
