NYC vs Montreal Bagels - Which is Better?

NYC is known for their bagels but some people are saying Montreal has better bagels. In this video I will investigate NYC vs Montreal to see which city has the better bagels. The rules are simple - I’m going to try 2 places in Montreal and 2 places in NYC. Montreal tradition says to order a plain sesame bagel without cream cheese since the bagel is slightly sweet and can stand on its own without toppings or cream cheese. In NYC I prefer an everything bagel with lox or nova but in order to compare apples to apples I’m also going to get a sesame bagel but with cream cheese.
