Makes 13 rolls Warm Milk - 240ml (1cup) 2 tablespoons of powdered milk Yeast - 1 tablespoon (6.3g) Melted butter (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) Sugar - 50g(1/4 cup) 1 Medium Egg (45g) Bread flour- 500g( about 4 cups). Salt - 1 teaspoon(5g) 13 hot dogs ( I used chicken Franks) Egg wash: 1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk
