Hi welcome to my channel here I am sharing Missi Roti recipe I hope you like it Missi Roti (Serves 3–4) ********************* Ingredients -------------- Gram flour (besan): 1 cup Whole wheat flour (atta): ½ cup Onion (finely chopped): 1 small Green chilli (finely chopped): 1 (optional) Ginger (grated): 1 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds): ½ tsp Red chilli powder: ½ tsp Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp Coriander powder: ½ tsp Salt: to taste Fresh coriander leaves: 2 tbsp Oil or ghee: 1 tbsp (for dough) Water: as required Method ******** 1. In a bowl, mix besan, atta, onion, spices, salt, coriander leaves, and ajwain. 2. Add oil and knead into a semi-soft dough using water gradually. Rest for 10 minutes. 3. Divide into equal balls. Roll gently into thick rotis using dry flour. 4. Cook on a hot tawa until brown spots appear on both sides. 5. Apply ghee if desired and cook until crisp.
