Zimowy biwak bez śniegu? Świerkowy las i ryba z ogniska | Budowa schronienia z tarpa

Mostly January bivouacs even in the lower mountains were already winter bivouacs. Unfortunately, the climate is changing very dynamically before our eyes. Thanks to the record high January temperatures, I invite you to a typically "early spring" account of the Beskid Wyspowy. My goal was to find a spot in a thick spruce forest. I packed my rucksack and set off. After two hours of walking, I arrived at the perfect spot. A nearby water source, abundant access to dry wood and flat terrain greeted me. I began to build an encampment using tarps. I laid out the lashings between two dewy spruce trees, in addition to which I prepared hazel supports. A moment's rest and a sip of Filipino rum and tea. I set off in search of firewood. In the near vicinity, I noticed a spruce tree that had been blown down by the wind. I took the opportunity to collect a lot of dry wood for kindling and firewood. However, I decided to get additional logs from two dry trees. With an adequate supply of wood, I started a campfire using a flint and resin wood. For dinner, I decided to prepare a trout stuffed in a tomato sauce with parsley, garlic, pepper and salt. I fried the fish on the grill over the fire. The trout came out tender with a slightly baked skin. It went perfectly with the sauerkraut from the jar. For the second course, I decided to prepare fries from fresh potatoes, which I fried in a pot. I seasoned the whole thing generously with salt. Due to the early sunset, I went to bed at around 9pm. The night went very comfortably. In the morning, I was awakened by strong gusts of wind. Not waiting for the weather to change and for it to rain, I decided to light a campfire. For breakfast I served the classic beans in tomato sauce and tea. A moment to relax and it was time to slowly assemble the camp. Wanting to leave no trace behind, I extinguished the campfire with water and then, making sure it was cold, buried it with earth. I assembled the tarp and set off on my way back.
