Furthermore, you shouldn't overexert yourself every day—that would be counterproductive in the long run (especially for the female cycle and our hormonal balance). ➡️ NO SQUATS + LUNGES: I deliberately omitted squats and lunges from my exercise selection. Both are complex exercises that only make sense if performed correctly. If you're just starting out with sports or fitness but still want to train your butt at home, then try these simple yet effective exercises. ➡️ WITHOUT EQUIPMENT: Oooooh, I usually prefer to train my entire lower body in the gym using a barbell with additional weight. Squats or deadlifts are top choices when it comes to a toned butt – provided the technique is right. However, since not everyone has a barbell with weight plates at home, I created this BOOTY PUMP workout. 😜 ➡️ WITH INSTRUCTIONS: Especially with exercises like the glutes, it's important to pay attention to proper form. The more attention you pay to it and the more time you give yourself, the more intense the strain will be and, of course, the better the results. To ensure you perform each exercise correctly and avoid mistakes, I'll explain each exercise in detail in this workout. ➡️ SHORT BUT INTENSE: Don't believe it? Then just give it a try 😜 The entire workout consists of 10 exercises. There's a 20-second break between each exercise for a short recovery.
