SOYA CHUNKS RECIPE #HIGH PROTEIN SOYA CHUNKS #MASALA SOYA CHUNKS
ingredients:- SOYA chunks 1cup cumin powder 1/2tsp coriander powder 1tsp garam masala powder 1tsp kashmiri chili powder 1tsp Salt (as per taste) curd 2tbsp turmeric powder 1tsp tomato puree 1cup Chopped green chili 2-3no's crushed ginger garlic 2tsp Chopped onion (1,big) cumin 1tsp water (as required) method of preparation: Boil soya chunks for 5min. Cool some time,drain water. Squeeze out extra water and soya chunks transfer into a bowl. Marinate with curd,cumin and coriander powder. Turmeric and garam masala powder. and ginger garlic paste. keep aside 10min. Heat kadai,add oil,cumin and Chopped onion. add green chili. Add crushed garlic. Then add tomato puree. cook till oil separate. Add water. Lastly add marinated soya chunks. add water. cover and cook 5min. switch off gas. garnish with Chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy this high protein dish with paratha or roti.😄
