How to Make Nigerian Jollof Spaghetti (Everything Is So Expensive!) 🍝🔥

I made this delicious Nigerian Jollof Spaghetti using round fish and tomato paste. For the pepper mixture, I used tomatoes, tatashe, and rodo. Other ingredients include groundnut oil, Maggi seasoning, curry, thyme, ginger powder, garlic powder, and sweet corn. First, I fry the onions, then fry the fish. After that, I fry the tomato paste, followed by curry, thyme, ginger, and garlic powder. Next, I pour in the blended pepper mixture, add salt and seasoning cubes, then add sweet corn and fry for a few minutes. After that, I add water, then the spaghetti, and cook until it is well done.
