I didn’t have time to come up with a Carrie Bradshaw description today… so consider this my New York direct, in your face, blunt version: I need answers. 😂 My tenant sent me this text after having the yard cleaned up, and now I’m genuinely torn. Would you take something off the rent as a thank you? Would you simply thank her and deal with the neighbors yourself? Is there another option I’m not seeing?
