Episode 63 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Bamboo Shoots Recipes Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ In this episode we are going to see different recipes of Bamboo Shoots ( बांबूचे कोंब ). I had went to our jungle hill to sea if there are any bamboo shoots sprouted out. There were many shoots, while climbing up the hill, I was accompanied by two dogs of my cousin brother, they were with me the whole time and they were beware of jungle animals. I started harvesting and collecting the Bamboo shoots, it was not raining that day. I collected few Bamboo shoots and went home, Pooja wasn't aware where was I from the morning as It took me almost 4-5 hours to go and collect those bamboo shoot. I gave those shoots to Pooja, she cleaned them, Cut them into slices and kept it in water overnight to remove the pungent smell and bitterness. Next day she boiled those cut bamboo shoots, strained them and started preparing the dishes from them. For breakfast she prepared Bamboo shoot cutlet, for lunch she made Bamboo shoot sabji and fried bamboo shoot. We enjoyed this Bamboo shoots feast. Let us know how do you liked this episode..!
