Sumo Trident Maple bonsai development follow up, how to prune a trident maple
The sumo trident that had extensive work in late winter gets a revisit to see how it has started to recover. The carving looks good, as does the wood hardener that was applied at the time. There have been a number of longer shoots that are in good places to develop the structure further. All in all its coming along well from the drastic work!
