You restore the vagus nerve with specific rotations for the upper body. We are going to perform calm and simple yoga movements. The vagus nerve is stimulated by these rotating movements. From head to Presence. During the Yin, we open the flanks; we are literally going to give the side of the body, the connective tissue between the ribs, more space.
