TAIWAN'S LUNGSHAN TEMPLE 艋舺龍山寺

Recently in Taiwan I was able to take a nice video of the inside of Longshan Temple (Lungshan Temple, 艋舺龍山寺). I have been here several times before yet never took video till now. With beautiful decorations and detail, take a look inside with me. As I play some of my beats inspired by my travels to Taiwan, using records sampled from Japanese and Taiwan artists. Bangka Lungshan Temple also Lungshan Temple of Manka, Mengjia is a Chinese folk religious temple in Wanhua District (alternately known as Bangka/Mengjia), Taipei, Taiwan. The temple was built in Taipei in 1738 by settlers from Fujian during Qing rule in honor of Guanyin. It served as a place of worship and a gathering place for the Chinese settlers. In addition to its Buddhist elements, it includes halls and altars to Chinese deities such as Mazu and Gu.
