In the Oise region, EARL MC2 has improved its profit margin and protein self-sufficiency thanks to a 100% grass-based grazing system. The development of fencing, pathways, and a water network has enabled the implementation of rotational grazing to maximize the use of grass at its optimal stage of growth. To adapt to this 100% grass system, the dairy herd is crossbred with Kiwi cattle, and calving is grouped in spring and autumn to coincide with peak lactation periods and a high-protein grazing season. #CapProtéines
