Vietnam Airlines VN680 A321 Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Hanoi (HAN) | Trip report

This trip report is for a flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi. The airline I flew with was Vietnam Airlines. I arrived at the airport quite early so I really enjoyed KLIA. There were so many exhibits that I never got bored. I was also able to spend some time in the lounge and relax before my flight. There was a change in the aircraft, and even though I had paid to reserve a window seat, I was automatically changed to an aisle seat. What's more, my wife and I had booked seats next to each other, but now we're separated. However, thanks to the quick thinking of the person in charge of check-in, I was able to get a window seat and my wife and I were able to sit next to each other. The people working at KLIA are always really helpful. Thank you for making the trip so much better.
