What would be your dream filling? ✨💕 Ingredients: • 1 puff pastry • Melted butter • Refined sugar • Cinnamon powder • Dulce de leche Preparation method: 1. Open the puff pastry, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 2. Cut into strips measuring approximately 25 x 5 cm. 3. Roll two strips at a time as shown in the demonstration on the greased cannoli tubes. Secure the base of the dough and place in greased petit gâteau molds. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the straws and return to the oven for another 10 minutes to finish. 5.
