Francesco Bellomo was the youngest magistrate to serve on the Council of State, the post from which—the only one in Italian history—he was removed in 2018 following disciplinary proceedings. His fault: the "contract" imposed on the researchers at his school preparing for judicial examinations, with its accompanying "dress code." He was also placed under house arrest for that contract.
