After presenting the "classic" digging technique in a previous video, Patrick Mioulane uses a Biofourche (Polet), a modern equivalent of the famous Grelinette, and he presents its advantages and uses. He then prepares a growing bed by clearing the soil of unwanted weeds with a hoe, then crumbling the soil with large four-pronged hoe, before impeccably leveling the surface with a rake.
