Bugis people are definitely familiar with bosara, as every celebration always serves the cake in a bosara. This pudding is so easy to make, even beginners can do it. It tastes delicious, the chocolate combined with strawberry jam and whipped cream makes it feel like eating Black Forest cake 😊 Ingredients Chocolate Pudding: 1 pack chocolate agar-agar 50g granulated sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp cocoa powder 100g DCC 700ml liquid chocolate milk Strawberry Pudding: 1 tsp red agar-agar 100ml water 4 tbsp strawberry jam Topping Whip cream: 50g whipping cream powder 100ml ice water 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (optional) Toppings: shaved chocolate strawberry jam red cherries You can see the instructions in the video 🤗 Good luck, I hope you find it helpful.
