Peace be upon you 🙏 This time, I want to share a recipe and tutorial for making fork claw pudding. This pudding is familiar to us Bugis people, as it's usually served in a bosara (a traditional dish) at events. There are several versions of fork claw pudding. It consists of two layers. The top layer is a foam pudding patterned with a fork, while the bottom layer can be margarine/butter pudding, potato pudding, bread pudding, and many other creations. So, this time, I made the margarine pudding version. It tastes delicious, the pudding is soft, and I highly recommend it. Ingredients: 🌻Margarine Pudding🌻 5 egg yolks 70g granulated sugar 200g margarine 200g sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla butter 100g roasted wheat flour 1 pack plain agar-agar powder 600ml water 🌻Foam Pudding🌻 5 egg whites 1 pack plain/chocolate agar-agar powder 180g brown sugar 600ml water 1 tsp vanilla butter/mocha paste Watch the video until the end for instructions.
