It is a popular diner that has been operating in the area for over 70 years, and is loved by the locals for its inexpensive and delicious food, which is handmade from scratch. The reason for this insistence on homemade food, which often requires a full day of preparation, is the restaurant's desire to "provide customers with a full belly full of affordable, delicious food. This is the reason why they serve large portions of rice. The restaurant is also known as a "dekamari" (large portion) restaurant, as a large portion of rice is served in a large bowl. The second generation, now 80 years old, had worked in the restaurant of a prestigious hotel, and when I visited him in the kitchen, I was surprised to see that he is still standing in the kitchen with the same skills he had then, and is very skillful.
