We went searching for leopards in Yala National Park, Sri Lanka! and this is the story of our safari, our stay at Camp Leopard, and everything in between. Yala is famous for having one of the highest leopard densities in the world, but that doesn't mean you're guaranteed a sighting. We spent our days out on safari not knowing if today would be the day, seeing elephants, buffalo, crocodiles, spotted deer and more incredible wildlife along the way, and our nights back at Camp Leopard, the place that made this whole experience feel like home in the jungle.
