I am re-uploading the 24 forms because the ones I posted previously were too slow. I believe the Korean commands will be of great help in memorizing the sequence. I have added commands to the back movements of the most commonly used Tai Chi 24 forms. Each movement must be followed by abdominal breathing. For abdominal breathing, you must push your belly out when inhaling. This stabilizes your posture and calms your mind.
