The Juiciest Pork Tenderloin I've Ever Cooked | Charcoal Grill ASMR

In this video, I cook whole pork tenderloins over charcoal using a simple overnight onion marinade and serve them with a homemade garlic-tomato sauce that brings back childhood memories. Recipe: • 4 whole pork tenderloins • Onion • Olive oil • Salt • Black pepper Slice and squeeze the onions by hand to release their juice. Cover the pork tenderloins with the onions, add salt, pepper, and olive oil, then leave them to marinate overnight. Place the meat over hot charcoal and sear it for 5–7 minutes on each side to lock in the juices. Move it to moderate heat and continue cooking until done. After grilling, wrap the tenderloins in foil and let them rest for 10 minutes so the juices can redistribute evenly throughout the meat. Childhood-style garlic sauce: • Garlic • Tomato paste • Salt • Black pepper • A little water Mix everything until smooth and serve alongside the grilled pork. Simple ingredients. Fire. Smoke.
