ഇഡലിക്കും ദോശക്കും ഇടിയപ്പത്തിനും അപ്പത്തിനും കൂട്ടായ ഇസ്റ്റൂ 😀👌😀(ISTOO)

ISTOO Ingredients 1. Potato cubed - ½ kg(3 to 4 cups) 2. Big onion cubed - 2 cups 3. Green chilly slit - 3 to 4 4. Ginger chopped (2 “pieces) – 1 to 1 ½ tbsp 5. Salt - to taste 6. Grated coconut - 1 ½ cup 7. Curry leaves -plenty 8. Coconut oil - 1tsp Preparation 1. Extract coconut milk and set aside 2. Pressure cook items 1,2,3,4,&5 with a little water 3. Open when cool boil with the coconut extract 4. Put off the flame and garnish with the coconut oil and squeezed curry leaves.
