Outgoing Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) Secretary General David Kabanda has broken his silence. In this exclusive interview with Acoli Side TV, Kabanda reveals he personally informed PLU Chairman General Muhoozi Kainerugaba of his resignation before going public – but the real reason is explosive. Kabanda claims some individuals within PLU are only there for personal financial gain, saying: "Give me money, I take you to..."
