Yoga für Betroffene von Morbus Bechterew – Mobilisation im Sitzen

Yoga can be very beneficial for people with ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease). Regular practice improves mobility, alleviates pain, and promotes good posture. Yoga doesn't require any special athletic ability or flexibility and can be individually adapted. Therefore, it is also well-suited for people with ankylosing spondylitis.
