Can I Turn Scrap Wood & Super Sculpey into the World's Weirdest Shrunken Head?

If you've been following the channel, you've probably noticed I've been doing a lot more sculpting lately—and I'm having an absolute blast! This time I challenged myself to create Shrunken Ted, a goofy Big Daddy Ed Roth-inspired shrunken head sculpture built almost entirely from random materials I had lying around. Starting with nothing more than a sketch, I used Super Sculpey, an old lamp base, a wooden dowel, wooden balls, aluminum foil, and a healthy dose of imagination to bring this ridiculous little character to life. From rough armature to final paint, you'll see the entire sculpting process and how Shrunken Ted slowly comes together. The idea actually came from one of you! A viewer suggested I make a shrunken head, and my brain immediately jumped to the wild, exaggerated style of the classic Ed "Big Daddy" Roth monsters. The result is a weird, goofy little guy that makes me laugh every time I look at him. I'm still learning as a sculptor, and I know there are artists out there with far more experience than me. But that's what makes creating so much fun—every project is a chance to learn something new, try a different technique, and hopefully inspire someone else to start making things too.
