This is another great film about London nearly a century ago in 1928. Nearly all London´s famous hotspots come into view like Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament with the tower that houses the Big Ben bell, County Hall (Currently home to the London Aquarium), the Egyption Obelisk on the Embankment, London bridge with many Omnibusses, Tower Bridge and the Tower where Henry the 8th had two of his wives beheaded, Bank with the Royal Exchange, Sir Christopher Wren´s architectural masterpiece, Saint Pauls Cathedral, Fleet street with its many news paper publishers, Temple Bar Gate, Horse Guards at Whitehall and at Hide Park Corner, The Cenotaph, London´s friendly ´Bobby´s´, Women shelling Peas in Covent Garden market, Street Hawkers, The famous London Flower sellers, all dressed with the same type of hat and a nice coat, at Piccadilly Circus and much more! Regrettable the Black and White source video was not of the best quality, but nevertheless I decided not to withold the showing of this interesting footage on my channel.
