Easy Gluten-free Snack Recipe | 2-ingredient Pumpkin Seed Brittle
With just two ingredients, this easy gluten-free snack recipe is ready in no time. Pumpkin seed brittle has become my new go-to snack, so I can't wait to share it with you! Recipe: PUMPKIN SEED BRITTLE Serves 4 INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups sprouted pumpkin seeds or toasted pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS: 1.) Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2.) Place the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out in an even layer. 3.) Add the maple syrup and stir to combine. This can be done in a separate bowl if you prefer. Spread the seeds in a thin layer, with the seeds close together. 4.) Bake for 12 to 20 minutes, checking them after 12 minutes. The edges should be browned and the center should firm up after cooling. If it remains bendable in the center simply bake the brittle a few more minutes. 5.) Cool completely, then break into pieces. Store in a covered container at room temperature for up to 5 days (if it lasts that long).
