Made with just honey, cane sugar, and seeds, it’s full of minerals, healthy fats, and fiber. A traditional treat with a modern healthy twist — and ready in just 15 minutes! ✨ Great for tea time, as a quick energy boost, or a thoughtful homemade gift. Ingredients: • 75 g sesame seeds • 75 g pumpkin seeds • 1 pinch of salt • 50 g honey • 25 g cane sugar Instructions: 1. Dry roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan until slightly golden. 2. Add sesame seeds and roast together until fragrant and lightly browned. 3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and cane sugar for 2–3 minutes, until all the sugar crystals dissolve. 4. Add the roasted seeds into the syrup, stirring quickly to combine. 5. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper, cover with another sheet, and flatten evenly. 6. While still warm, cut into portion-sized pieces. 7.
