Sell Without Selling: The Framework That Converts
You can sell well without ever feeling pushy. In this episode of Less Is the Strategy I walk you through Selling Without Selling, the framework that has carried me to a 75% conversion rate on my sales calls, built entirely on genuine human conversation. Most sales advice today tells you to be everywhere at once, to chase millions of views, and to fill your calendar with endless appointments. I have taken a quieter route. I would rather speak to a smaller number of the right people, the ones who already resonate with my podcast and my content, and turn most of those conversations into customers. The reason this works comes down to human psychology, which has stayed remarkably consistent over the years. People still want to feel genuinely heard. So on a sales call I listen far more than I talk, and I ask a few simple questions that help the other person understand their own situation clearly. Selling Without Selling grew out of a coaching accreditation I completed, and it rests on three questions and one clear next step. First I ask what is bugging them right now, to understand their current frustration. Then I explore what happens if that stays unsolved, to surface the future they want to avoid. Finally I ask where they want to be in a year, to understand their real aspiration. Once I understand those three things, I ask permission to share how I can help, present the right offer, and only then talk about price.
