EXERCÍCIO PARA ESTABILIDADE DO OMBRO

Have you ever experienced shoulder pain? Are you unable to move your shoulder efficiently during exercise? Have you ever used a resistance band for those lateral pull-up exercises? Do you want to learn how to better stabilize your shoulder joint and activate the muscles involved in the movement? Physiotherapist Thiago Alfama, from Clínica Fortius, gives some tips showing a sequence of exercises for shoulder stability, moving the body in all directions. Follow the instructions: 1. Get into a quadruped position supporting yourself on your hands; 2. Then, pass one leg under your body and sit down supporting yourself on one hand; 3. Transfer from one side to the other, always without letting your shoulder rise; 4. Progress to the same movement without sitting, supporting yourself on only one arm; 5. Progression: sitting with both hands at your sides, lift your hips off the ground and walk your feet and hands in all directions. 6.
