How can we stop being like little mice chasing happiness that's always around the next corner? Felipe Mondaini talks about the importance of knowing the rules of the game of life, so we can live well! Felipe teaches free financial education courses open to the public at CEFET RJ - Petrópolis campus, where he is a physics professor. Also holding a doctorate from UFRJ, the author of the "Financial Education with Felipe Mondaini" channel has been working in the field since 2016, and the acceptance of his courses has been enormous, with the number of registrants being 10 times greater than the number of places available, with students ranging from 17 to 70 years old. Felipe Mondaini was born in Rio de Janeiro and currently lives and works in Petrópolis. He graduated in Physics (bachelor's, master's and doctorate) from UFRJ. He worked as coordinator of the Physics Extension courses at the Cecierj Foundation. Full-time professor at CEFET-RJ Petrópolis Campus since 2012. Leader of the Research Group in Theoretical and Experimental Physics at the same institution, focusing on Statistical Physics applied to the study of Polymers. Through free extension courses, he has brought the world of Financial Education into the educational institution where he teaches. Since 2016, more than 300 students (both internal and external) have participated in his courses, thus realizing the dream of democratizing access to information and showing that public schools and universities can and should discuss the subject.
