This quick beginner friendly class focuses on the Hip Mobility and Flexibility, also working the Spine / Back and the Hamstrings. Hip Opening through Skandasana is a great way to flow between poses offering great standalone yoga stretching exercises. This class can help teach you how to do yoga poses to open the hips and legs through a quick class you can gain strength and flexibility allowing, as a result, great mobility within the body. Savasana at the end is a key part of Yoga so make sure you allow time to soften and release tension in our final resting pose. You don't need a yoga mat or any special equipment. Just the space to lay down without obstacles getting in your way. This can be a daily routine and be done whenever it feels right to.
