7. Solo Road Trip to Kutch...Day (7) White Rann of Kutch-Bhuj (13th Jan 2020).

Slept for 7-8 hours inside the car parked at White Rann Resort (Dhordo) parking. A number of buses and other vehicles were also parked at the well lit site. Drove towards White Rann one last time before leaving the place after three days. Stopped for tea at Karim Tea House and then drove to Sham-E-Sarhad Village Resort Hodka to have a look at it. Crossed Tropic of Cancer on the road to Bhuj (NH-341), turned right from Loriya Check Post, stopped at a tea shop, rested, shaved and cleaned up. Visited Nirona, the village famous for Rogan Art, Copper Bell Art and Lacquer. Visited couple of homes creating many art forms including paintings and bells. The night at Bhuj was very interesting. The whole town felt like a big festival site, colorfully decorated shops selling all kind of kites and strings. Excited men, women and children alike were shopping kites and strings merrily. Restaurants were open till late hours and buzzing with activity. Met a traveller couple who were staying in Sheth Dosabhai Lalchand Dharamshala, parked the car in its parking and slept inside the car…!!! For my travel stories, pls check joyclubsunil.wordpress.com
