Today I'm going to show you two incredibly healthy bread recipes with lentils – completely without flour, full of plant-based protein and fiber! The first recipe is a hearty lentil bread with rolled oats, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and Italian herbs – moist, aromatic and wonderfully crispy. I serve it with a creamy avocado sauce with corn, capers, garlic and lime – a perfect, refreshing combination! The second recipe starts at 09:26. Here I'm baking a protein-rich lentil and chickpea bread with flaxseeds, which is baked slowly in the oven. It comes with a spicy avocado and parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and fresh parsley – simply delicious! Both breads are easy to prepare, contain no flour or sugar, and are full of valuable legumes, seeds, and fiber. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, as a snack or side dish. Be sure to try them! Soak for 8 hours. The lenses have opened up! Grind until smooth. Olive oil 30 ml. Rolled oats 5-6 tablespoons. Crushed. Stir well. Salt. Italian herbs. Flaxseeds, 1 tablespoon. Crushed. Coriander 1/2 teaspoon. Baking powder, 1 teaspoon. Mix everything thoroughly. Pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons. Knead the dough. Shape the bread. Make a cut. Sesame. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200°C (400°F). 1 avocado. Peel and slice. Salt. Black pepper. Stir well. Juice of 1/2 a lime. 2 cloves of garlic. Capers, 1 teaspoon. Chop. Parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. Thyme. 2 tablespoons of canned corn. The delicious sauce is ready! Simply incredible! I love recipes like this! Some water. Crushed. 80g flaxseed. Stir well. The lenses have opened up! Let it drain. Some water. Crushed. Salt. Baking powder, 1 teaspoon. Mix everything thoroughly. Shape the bread. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make a cut. Sprinkle with the seed mixture. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 170°C (340°F). 1 avocado. Peel and slice. Salt. Black pepper. Stir well. Juice of 1/2 a lemon. 1 clove of garlic. Parsley. Chop. Stir well. Parmesan cheese. Grate on a fine grater. Dried tomatoes. Chop. A very delicious sauce is ready! That's all!
