No flour required! Bread made from just 4 seeds in 5 minutes – it's healthy and incredibly delicious! In this video I will show you two simple recipes for nutrient-rich, gluten-free bread. The first recipe is a hearty bread made from sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds, refined with almonds, rolled oats and rye bran. I serve it with a creamy yogurt-mustard sauce with garlic and gherkins – the perfect dip! The second recipe starts at 10:03. Here I'm baking a protein-rich bread from pureed chickpeas, flaxseeds and rye bran. It comes with a fresh avocado sauce with bell peppers, garlic and Italian herbs. Both breads are quick to prepare, require no flour at all, and are full of valuable seeds and nuts. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, as a snack or as a side dish to soups and salads.
