I hope I find you all well. Tonight for tea, We had this delicious sausage and mash pie, or bangers 'n' mash pie :) Such an easy midweek family dinner idea! If you’re a regular viewer of my channel, you’ll know how much we love our bangers & mash…so this is kind of similar :) Perfect for a midweek family dinner. This is lovely on it’s own…or with baked beans on the side :) -Cheryl x _____________________________________________________________________ What I used (serves 4) Oil for frying 6 - 8 Thick pork sausage links (or whatever you prefer) 600ml (21 oz) Beef stock - I used OXO cubes 1 medium sized onion - sliced 1 Bay leaf 1 Teaspoon of Sage 1 Teaspoon of Thyme 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon plain (all purpose) flour 1 Tablespoon of butter Salt and pepper to taste 1kg (35 oz) Maris Piper potatoes - or similar floury potatoes Dash of salt Knob of butter Splash of milk 1/2 Tablespoon dried parsley A handful of grated cheddar cheese for the top _______________________________________________________________________ FIND ME HERE: Instagram: whatsfortea3   / whatsfortea3   Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...
