The scheme, reconstructed by investigators, was structured: through a company that officially organized events, young women, in some cases barely 18, were recruited to participate in the evenings. The girls were then paid to accompany wealthy clients, often after soccer matches, to meetings organized in clubs and hotels. This system also involved key nightlife figures, such as PRs and managers, and which—according to the investigation—generated earnings far higher than the declared income. Among the elements that emerged was the use of laughing gas during the evenings, the so-called "balloon drug," a substance that induces euphoria but does not appear in anti-doping tests. The investigation is still ongoing, and the position of the suspects will be ascertained during the proceedings.
