Drain the pork neck from the water. 2. Cut into bite-sized pieces. 3. Season the meat with 3 tablespoons Cheongju (Korean rice wine) and 4 pinches salt. 4. Chop the half a green onion and 3 Cheongyang peppers. 5. Make a seasoning by mixing 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger, a pinch of pepper, 2 tablespoons of grain syrup, and 2 tablespoons of water. 6. Coat the pork neck with 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. 7. Coat a pan with avocado oil and cook the pork neck. 8. Drain the oil when golden brown. 9. Add the seasoning, green onions, and peppers and simmer. 10. Finally, add 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil.
