【屏風山 縦走登山】屛風山山系唯一の未登のピーク『小松洞山』をゲットすべく5回目の屏風山へ！でも何度登っても良いお山は良いお山ですね　2026年5月

Mt. Byobu (Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture) I've climbed Mt. Byobu four times before and uploaded three videos, but this time I'm attempting my fifth trek! That's because a new peak, Mt. Komatsudo, has been added to the Mt. Byobu mountain range, and it was the only one I hadn't climbed yet. So, I parked my car at the Sasahira trailhead parking lot and started my trek! First, I aimed for Mt. Komatsudo, the only unclimbed peak in the Mt. Byobu mountain range. The only tough part was the initial climb; the rest was relatively easy. After completing my main objective of peak bagging Mt. Komatsudo, it was time for my usual tour of Mt. Byobu! Oh, I also had Mt. Sasagami marked on YAMAP, but I hadn't climbed it yet, so I had to stop by there first! After visiting Mt. Sasagami, I headed towards Kuro-no-ta Marsh. Kuro-no-Ta Marsh is as beautiful as ever, with its stunning scenery. I'm sure many people climb Mt. Byobu specifically for this spot! 😊 After strolling through Kuro-no-Ta Marsh and taking a snack and coffee break, we continued our traverse from Uma-no-Se-yama to Yao-yama and then to Mt. Byobu. This is a familiar path I've walked many times! And the view from the summit of Mt. Byobu was as spectacular as ever. I could even see Mt. Ibuki and Mt. Hakusan this time! So, my fifth trek to Mt. Byobu was a lot of fun. It had been a while since I climbed Mt. Byobu from the Sasahira trailhead, but it's an easy course that I would recommend even to beginners!
