"Express Routine for Powerful Legs and Glutes 🦿💥🏋️♂️👊 CHALLENGE 8 / GLUTES AND LEGS / 8 MIN I present a series of short routines that I've called "RETO 8." These are strength workouts, lasting 8 minutes each, in which we'll be working on the major muscle groups or muscle areas in pairs.
