Ebeys Landing National Historical Reserve
It's part of the National Park System, yet it's 17572 acres include 14 working farms, the Island County Seat of Coupeville, and plenty of scenic vistas. Created in 1978 as the nation's first Historical Reserve, Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve is a unique public/private preservation of history. Yet, its also a working community, with much of the land privately owned.
