€400 April Budget Challenge: A $13 "Emergency" Dessert Run

Just a small Billa+ grocery haul this week, mainly for snacks and things for some desserts/cakes. My husband and I wanted to make "træstammer" and "romkugler" during the weekend to use up leftover cake from the freezer. Last week was probably the biggest stock-up haul I have ever done, so a low spend week was needed. We have set ourselves an April challenge of a maximum spending of €400 on groceries, including a trip to get some Danish goodies. With the €13.15 spent this week, we are now at €157.51, leaving us with €242.49 for the rest of the month. That should definitely be doable!
