His decorated career in law enforcement, teaching, and coaching athletes speaks volumes about the work he has done to change the lives of so many. He talks about seeing a need, making a plan, and then adjusting, what he calls “the process”, to serve the person he is working with. He relies on focus, structure, perseverance and having “100 other ways” to get something done. He is a life-long learner who we hope inspires you by his drive to connect with people and guide them to be the best at what they do.
