I am Puerto Rican, born and raised on my beautiful Island of Enchantment, but now I reside with my youngest son in the state of Colorado. I have been divorced for over 15 years and I am the mother of five children, two boys and three beautiful girls. I decided to create this channel to give back what I have received from God, and to share with you what I have learned in the kitchen over the years. My specialty is Puerto Rican food, but I have recipes from various countries around the world. I will share some recipes with you as I prepare them for the first or second time. Many of my recipes are Puerto Rican, others are not. My son Alexys will also be sharing some of my videos with us. This channel will be our Puerto Rican corner outside the island, where we will revive culinary traditions.
