On October 3, 2007, he pled guilty to RICO conspiracy. On January 16, 2009, Judge Dana M. Sabraw sentenced him to life in prison without the possibility of parole. He is currently held at ADX Florence in Colorado under Special Administrative Measures — the most restrictive confinement available under federal law.
